After our 5-minute discovery call, I will send you a summary of what we discussed and a recommended next step. If the project is a good fit, we move to a paid Strategy Session ($100) where I deliver a full architecture review and actionable roadmap. No pressure, no upsell tricks.

I typically take on 2-3 active projects at a time to ensure quality. Response time is within 72 hours for all inquiries. For retainer clients, I offer priority scheduling and same-day responses during business hours.

You book a 1-hour slot and pay upfront via Square. During the session, we review your current architecture, identify gaps, and build a roadmap. Afterward, you receive written recommendations and an architecture diagram. This is your deliverable whether or not you continue working with me.

I offer monthly retainers starting at $2,500/month. This includes advisory hours, architecture reviews, and priority support. For larger engagements, project-based pricing is available — cloud migrations, CI/CD pipelines, security audits, and more.
